  Everything about Flow Athletic is absolutely outstanding! Trainers are authentic, energetic and supportive, there's a fabulous variety of classes to keep you motivated and challenged, extra special events with guest speakers and the community vibe is amazing! Like a big family! 5 stars ++ ❤️

  I joined Flow Athletic a few months ago and have never looked back. The equipment and facilities are clean and in good condition, and the staff super friendly. I like the range of classes available and the fact that I can always get into a class, even at the last minute. The people are a good mix including "normal" level of fitness which means some are fit, and others not so ie. it's not an intimidating place for those who might find gyms a bit daunting. Parking is also always easy. I highly recommend it.

  The staff at Flow are incredibly friendly, and the cute dogs in the reception area are a highlight for me. The wide variety of classes means I can always find a class that fits perfectly into my day. The facilities are clean and well-maintained, and everything is consistently tidy and hygienic. Another advantage is the Flow's location. It's conveniently situated which adds to the overall convenience and makes it a breeze to incorporate gym sessions into my daily routine.
  I highly recommend this gym to anyone seeking a friendly and accommodating fitness centre. The staff are welcoming, the classes are varied, the facilities are clean, and the location is excellent.

  Such a wonderful gym with a variety of classes for everyone/every level. They do great challenges over the year to keep you motivated and all the trainers are so welcoming and lovely - Especially Richie (I'm biased because he's my PT but just a warning he will force you to smile mid squat). There's also always cute dogs in reception, so that's a big bonus. My fave classes of the week have to be Tuesday evenings going from Strong to Yoga with Andrew/Georgia, it's just the perfect evening combination! 10/10 would recommend Flow :)

  Flow Athletic in Paddington has many classes to choose from. The trainers and yoga instructors are first class. Everyone is made to feel welcome and there is a great community feel.
